This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://teavity.com (the “Site”), create an account, place an order, enroll in a subscription, or interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Identifiers and contact data: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address;
  • Account credentials: username, password, and account preferences;
  • Order and payment data: items purchased, subscription selections, order history, fulfillment status, and payment confirmation details (payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers, not stored by us);
  • Customer support communications and survey responses;
  • Marketing preferences, including SMS and email opt-in status.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site;
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

  • Payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments and related providers);
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners;
  • Subscription and commerce apps used to operate recurring orders and bundle builders;

We do not share SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive recurring automated messages about orders, shipping, promotions, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Teavity is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.
