Shipping Policy

Teavity LLC (“Teavity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Shipping Policy for orders placed at https://teavity.com. It supplements our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, are processed on the next business day.
- Subscription and build-a-box orders ship according to the billing and fulfillment schedule shown at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, weight, and promotions. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Economy Shipping (approximately 5–7 business days in transit after processing)
- Expedited Shipping (approximately 2–3 business days in transit after processing)
Quoted transit times are estimates only and do not include processing time.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $49 or more (before taxes and after applicable discounts), unless a different threshold is shown at checkout during a promotion. Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the continental United States where available.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (transit times may be longer);
- U.S. territories, where carrier service is available;
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses on supported services.
International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly offered at checkout.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information when provided by the carrier.
6. Delivery Estimates & Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs (if applicable), high demand, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays after handoff.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or within 7 days after the expected delivery window for lost packages) at admin@teavity.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and you to investigate and resolve eligible issues under our Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy & Refused Deliveries
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses. Reshipment or refunds for refused or undeliverable packages are at our discretion and may incur additional shipping charges.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if you need to change or cancel it. After processing begins, changes may not be possible. Subscription changes are governed by our Subscription / Cancellation Policy.
