Cancellation policy

This Subscription and Cancellation Policy explains how recurring orders, subscribe-and-save programs, and custom build-a-box subscriptions work at Teavity LLC (“Teavity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Subscription Enrollment
When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Teavity and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically at the billing frequency shown at checkout (for example, monthly), until you cancel. Subscription pricing, product selections, discounts, and eligibility requirements are disclosed at checkout and may vary by program.
2. Custom Build-a-Box Subscriptions
Certain bundle offers require you to select qualifying products and enroll in recurring delivery. Your selected flavors or SKUs may be recorded as order line-item details at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing selections before completing purchase. Changes to future shipments may be made through your customer account, subscription management tools, or by contacting admin@teavity.com, subject to order processing deadlines.
3. Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout.
- Charges may include applicable taxes and shipping.
- If a payment method fails, we may retry billing, suspend the subscription, or cancel it after reasonable notice where permitted.
- We may change subscription prices or program terms with notice where required by law.
4. How to Cancel, Pause, or Modify
You may cancel or modify a subscription by:
- Using the subscription management link or customer account tools provided at checkout or in order emails, if available;
- Emailing admin@teavity.com from the email associated with your order; or
- Calling (888) 585-5034 during business hours.
To avoid charges for the next shipment, cancellation requests should be received before the next billing date shown in your account or confirmation email. Orders already processed generally cannot be canceled and are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments are subject to our Refund Policy. Consumable products, including tea pods, may not be returnable once opened or used, except where required by law or where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
