Refund policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from Teavity LLC (“Teavity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://teavity.com. It supplements our Terms of Service and Subscription / Cancellation Policy.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because many of our products are food and beverage consumables (including tea pods), returns are limited for health, safety, and quality reasons. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions below. Delivery date is determined by carrier confirmation or our order records.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging;
- In the same condition you received them, with no signs of use, tampering, or temperature abuse;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used tea pods, samplers that have been opened, or any consumable product removed from its sealed packaging, except as described under Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not returnable:
- Opened, used, or unsealed consumable products (including tea pods and food items);
- Custom build-a-box bundles or personalized assortments once fulfillment has begun, except where required by law or if the order is incorrect or defective;
- Gift cards;
- Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at checkout;
- Items returned without prior authorization.
4. Subscription Orders
Recurring subscription shipments are subject to this policy. You may cancel future shipments under our Subscription / Cancellation Policy. If a subscription order has already shipped, return eligibility is limited to unopened, sealed products within the 30-day window, or to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Items arrived damaged or defective;
- You received the wrong product or quantity;
- Packaging appears compromised or unsafe.
We may request photos and will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
6. How to Start a Return
Email admin@teavity.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send products back without return authorization.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we may ask you to return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to post; your bank or card issuer may take additional time.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Free-shipping promotions do not create a refundable shipping credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval without payment, contact admin@teavity.com.
9. European Union & UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. For sealed consumable goods, withdrawal rights may not apply once goods are unsealed after delivery, where permitted by applicable law. Contact us for assistance with lawful cancellation requests.
